Activities For Disbarment
Mayor Andy Lawrence Berke demonstrated his contempt for the Constitution and Discrimination against Freedom of Religion and Right to Assemble on the most sacred Christian holiday by WILLFULLY banning Drive-Thru services on Easter Sunday and imposing fines on members. He continued to deem drive-through Liquor Stores and Lottery Sales as essential, only Churches and other religious institutions appear to have been targeted. This went beyond steps necessary to protect the public from COVID-19, and was a GROSS violation of his OATH and the Tennessee and United States constitutions, which leads to grounds for Disbarment Local Article/Ordinances barring Church Goers
