CHATTANOOGA TEA PARTY TO FEATURE HOUSE DISTRICT 27 & SESSIONS COURT JUDGE CANDIDATES

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Jun 16) – The Chattanooga Tea Party will feature Republican candidates running in State House District 27 as well as the Sessions Court Division 1 candidates.  The meeting will take place this Thursday, June 19 at 6:30pm at the Chattanooga Tea Party monthly meeting.

House District 27 Representative Richard Floyd’s decision to not seek reelection attracted several individuals to run for the seat including Tommy Crangle, Patsy Hazlewood and Charles White.  Mr. Crangle and Mr. White have confirmed their attendance but Ms. Hazlewood has a scheduling conflict.

In the second featured race, both Sessions Court Division 1 candidates will be in attendance including Judge Christie Mahn Sell and her challenger Rex Sparks.

Attendees at the meeting will be given the opportunity to meet and ask questions of the candidates.

The meeting will take place at 6:30pm at The Century Club Banquet Hall, 3221 Harrison Pike (off Access Road, just south of the Highway 153-Amnicola Highway intersection, next to The Lighting Gallery).

As a reminder, please be sure to bring a non-perishable canned good item as the Chattanooga Tea Party is committed to supporting our local Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
